Most disspointed in Discovery Health

We submitted a request for Chronic Medication for acute eczema. This is a debilitating condition and was submitted by a professor, head of department. Yet Discovery has seen fit to reject the request. Most dissapointed in Discovery's lack of understanding of acute medical condtions and the effect that such conditions have on patients. Or is Discovery just doing its 'best' to avoid providing funding for it's members?
