More time wasting games from Discovery

Discovery are determined to waste as much of their customers' time as humanly possible. After I lodged a complaint about this last week on HelloPeter - which was after repeatedly complaining to Discovery themselves, with no result - they claim to be having trouble trying to contact me. They claimed this in an email that came straight to me, and to which I rep**** immediately asking how I could assist with their enquiries. I have had no response to my offer.

Seems to me their claims are completely false. Amounting to bare-faced lies, in fact. Not the first lies Discovery has ever told me. Probably won't be the last.

They do keep phoning my number when I am away from my phone, but they can't seem to grasp the concept of voicemail, so they never leave a message. Perhaps this inability to understand modern technology explains why they struggle to contact people.

Seems to me that Discovery staff have absolutely nothing better to do than waste customers' time on a daily basis with childish games of telephone tag, meaningless emails, and bare-faced lies.
