More than a month to activate my medical aid!!!!
submitted my application on the 13th of July 2017. today is the 21st of August 2017. i have been on this medical aid before and never experienced any problems. i have been sent up and down when i call or email i get no answers as to why this is taking so long! i have never been required to undergo any form of screening and now i have to undergo tests. when asked why... no answers. FED UP TO SAY THE LEAST.
