More false promises

Not sure why you think I am even going to believe you. I can almost guarantee that no one will come back to me. Is there a reason that once again no one can be bothered to pick up the phone. Let me guess you are still investigating the matter. Well this must be the investigation of the year because till now no one actually ever calls me back. But hey its Discovery and as I experienced over the last 2 months they just don't actually care. You can literally have no money to eat and Discovery can owe you thousands yet they will delay payment and suspend your membership. People can promise to get back to you and literally not bother. People can promise you your money will be in your account the next day and then disapear when the money isn't there as promised. Not answer emails, not call you back as promised and just generally treat you like trash. I don't believe for one second that you will contact me. Your responses on this website are just for you to protect your image. Discovery has no ethics and your service team are quite frankly even worse. How your agents were quite happy last month to leave me and my family starving whilst your agents all promised to call me back and arrange payments and initiate investigations was all total nonsense. Discovery and your agents are simply disgusting.....your call servicing team are even worse. I was promised an investigation almost 2 weeks ago and once again nothing. As always Discovery hopes if they keep ignoring you then you will just go away. Discovery is truly disgusting.....

As I predicted, promises to contact me and yet a day later..... still no contact from Discovery. Probably Discovery will post on here that they are still investigating. Quite strange that they are investigating but feel no need to contact me probably because they are trying to hide behind each other and get their stories aligned to cover for each other. But hey as I said what else should I expect from Discovery....

Is anybody surprised that I've still yet to be contacted by Discovery........
