More empty promises

Again after a reasonable time, the only response I have had is "We are sorry to hear about your frustrations. We are investigating your case and will get back to you as soon as possible." and then "We have been in touch with you to answer your comments" which is a lie because I did NOT receive any communications after the first reply. It really seems like Discovery think we are all idiots and it is ok to lie to us.
