MONEY WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

DISCOVERY HEALTH has withdrawn money from my account on 10 November 2015 without my permission and without my authorisation. The amount taken from my banking account was confirmed by a consultant on 11 November 2015 and I have emailed [Email Removed] on 11 November 2015.<br> In the interim, DISCOVERY HEALTH suspended my membership WITHOUT notifying me, rendering me without a medical aid for almost the entire month of November.<br> I have been in contact with various representatives from DISCOVERY HEALTH yet 14 days has now lapsed and still no replies to my emails and phone calls are rep**** with promises to give feedback.<br> I have been a member with DISCOVERY HEALTH since 1 January 2005. PATHETIC AND APPAULING SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!!!! Quick to take money but poor in rendering a service!!!
