MONEY TAKEN AGAIN *******Y

<p>I were a member of Discovery Heatlh from November 2014 up to July 2015. After resigning my membership I did owe some money towards my savings account which I did pay to Discovery.</p> <p>For months after resigning Discovery kept on deducting a premium of R3696.00 Every month I phoned them, and send emails requesting them to stop te debit order. I had to go to the bank and reverse the debit order on my account.</p> <p>It did stop for a couple of months. In January 2017 the money was deducted again and I reversed the debit order AGAIN at my bank.</p> <p>Today yet another debit order of R3696.00 was deducted again. Leaving me embarrassed at a shop when I wanted to buy groceries. My card kept on declining and I had to leave my shopping.</p> <p>Now I have to go to my bank again tomorrow, taking time of from work, to reverse the debit order. AND pay a fee of R50 .</p> <p>The most rediculous part of this whole story, is the premium that is being deducted was the rates for 2015. In January 2016 and January 2017 they had a annual increase in premiums.</p> <p>I am very unhappy with this service. Phoning and sending emails to no avail.</p> <p>Can someone please attend to this matter a.s.a.p and get back to me!!!!!!</p>
