Money suckers that cant help in time of need

I joined this useless medical aid in 2008 and not once during this time have I ever used it for the hospital. Unfortunately on Tuesday night I had a medical emergency and needed to rush to the hospital. I chose a hospital within the stupid discovery network to make sure that the claim is paid. But as usual - when I need help I am told to pay the hospital bill myself. I pay discovery R3000 every month, every single month without fail. Yet in time of need they are no where to be found. WORST medical aid ever, yet they claim to be the best in SA. What a fail!
