Money “******” from my account

I called discovery advising them that I would like to terminate my medical aid due to my waiting to secure employment. Subsequent to that I was told I owed R681 to the medical aid this amount was apparently from medical expenses incurred in 2017. I authorized them to debit this amount to close off my account. I was also advised that my cover would be terminated as of 31 May 2019 which meant my last billing cycle was last month. The finance department sent me my medical aid certificate of termination to that effect as well. To my dismay I have been billed both to close of the account and R2045 for medical aid cover. I spent 40 minutes on the phone explaining my predicament. This is very disappointing and dishonorable for such a reputable medical scheme. I need that premium reversed back into my account immediately. Discovery is an opportunistic bully, I have been with this medical aid for years. When I do get an opportunity to be a consumer of medical scheme products I definitely will not use discovery health medical aid. You are very arrogant.
