MONEY NOT PAID BACK TO ME

Good day<br> this is very hard for me to accept and understand. I paid for my child hearing aid by taking money out of my credit card. I got a R4000 discount because I paid cash!!!!.<br> Why dont you want to pay MY R11,000.00 back to me???<br> You sent an email saying it was going to be paid on the 9 Feb 2015. then you dont. I follow up, not only do you tell me the onus is on me to follow up, but i sent the report you wanted on the 11 Feb 2015 any way, and told i will get a response in 48 to 72 hours. today the 18 Feb 2015, i have no feed back, no response. i called, and now i must wait another 48 to 72 hours for yet another NO RESPONSE. Ref ***. <br> YOU DISGUST ME. I NO LONGER SEE ANY BENEFIT IN TRYING TO SAFE MONEY WHEN YOU CANT PAY ME BACK.
