Money making scheme

I am so disappointed with Discovery. I was declined admission today with the reason "no investigation or proper treatment plan" because I have never seen this Physician before. That time back in 2024 I was admitted for the same condition by a Physician I did not know and I did not get joy from. Now basically since I hardly consult with specialist, I'm being declined. The GP would not recommend admission if it wasn't necessary. So it means they were going to approve it if it was that ****pie Physician I met at Lakeview? How can he have a "proper treatment plan" where as I just got referred?! Clearly Discovery medical aid is useless if I have to consult with specialist with conditions that I can get meds for OTC. What makes me mad is the fact that they are aware of the meds I always have on repeats, why did they not recommend me to see a specialist then if they are able to determine that now? We not safe so you know. They use discretion because they must save money for the company.
