I had discovery from April 2021 and I have paid over R23000 in contributions. I had R3600 worth of medical saving and I used it all up. In October I cancelled my medical aid subscription and I was told I owe R700 because I used up the medical aid savings... where did the R23000 go? what was i paying for? . I've never been hospitalized. The only time I used the medical aid was through the savings. I don't understand how is it possible that I am owing..
