Money back not paid for the claim

I have been waiting for my refund for the claim i paid via cash. Since the 12th of Jan I have submitted the claim and i call ref number *** said they paid the DR how is that you paid the DR when it states on the claim that paid via cash. This are the ref numbers and no reponse *** *** ***
