Mom is in Trauma with heart problems - No Auth

I was woken up this morning to find my mother is having heart problems and can't breathe. I rush her to Entabeni Hospital where she gets treatment. Now doctor wants to admit her as she is unstable but Discovery won't authorise this. Can you believe there is a patient that pays you money and you won't give a Auth when her life is on the line. This is unacceptable. <br> <br> We need authorisation or my mother will not get the help she needs and might end up passing away. Please help
