MJ Both discovery

We are on the Discovery keycare + plan. As far as we know on any pappers send to the main member, is we have 100% hospital cover. Now daughter neads a prosedure done and sunddenly we received it is excluded on our plan. Since when? We were never notified about sertain things excluded in hospital???? Now they tell you to go and see on the website. I dont pay the website to give me information that change on my plan!!! We were suppose to get documents from discovery with the exclusions and from when it will no longer be paid. Now when its urgend for duaghter to have this prosidure done to see were she is bleeding before she bleed to death they just say its excluded on our plan!!!! But they will pay her ICU R16000 a day and for the 7th time back to hospital for the year???? I want answeres today stil.
