Mistreating and conning highly pregnant women

I’m 35 weeks pregnant and discovery health has ruined my pregnancy experience with their employees that lie , they hang up the phone and *****ulent like actions of handing out references to my gynaecologist but never make payment and now I have accumulated debt because of them and they refusing to date back payment. If I lose my baby because of the stress you’ve caused me sending me back and forth.. I am going to sue you.I was promised a response by one of their supervisors (Xoliswa) with regards to the debt they made me get because they never responded to a simple email that they asked me to send and till today I haven’t received a response. But when discovery wants money from us or if they want us to take vitality they will call us everyday but when they have to help a customer they render poor services, disgusting service and a waste of time. I wish I could attach how many time I’ve been calling them and emailing them. Now they are refusing to back date payment due their lack of communication. LEAVING ME IN DEBT!!!
