Missing Personal Health Pathways 10 week challenge points

Dear Discovery

Why are members' Personal Health Pathways 10 week challenge points not being updated? After talking to various agents and getting reference numbers for each enquiry our week 2, 7 and 9 challenges are still showing incomplete. We sent multiple screenshots to show that the weeks were competed successfully. Each time we are told that you will respond within a few days but you never do. How can it take 9 weeks to fix week 2 of the challenge. Is this being done deliberately??

Other Discovery members are also complaining about the same issue. It should not take 9 weeks to solve this issue!
