Missing cashback rewards for April spent and no one is assisting

Is it me or is discovery cash back rewards hiring rude and *********** people? Or does vitality cashback rewards depend on your status for you to get your rewards? It seems the more your % status is higher, the more they rob you your cashback rewards. On the 13th of May, i spoke to *Dinilesizwe* has joined the conversation, on the chat box and asked when when my clicks rewards was not paid, she told me it was paid and it will reflect on the 15th and gave me this reference number- ***. On the 20th again, i spoke to *Farhaana* has joined the conversation., and when i gave her the above reference number she said it doesn’t exist, meaning that consultant i spoke to on the 13th **** because she didn’t want to assist me. On the 20th, i got this reference number *** and was told i will get feedback within 3-5 days, i am still waiting even today. PLEASE GIVE ME MY CASHBACK YOUR REWARDS PROGRAMS ARE NOT FREE, I PAY ALOT OF MONEY TO BE ON THE REWARDS PROGRAM AND I EXPECT THE CASHBACK TO BE PAID WITH NO HUSTLE WHEN IT IS DUE
