Miss

I was admitted in Life Casternhof for my C-section on the 1st of July got discharged on the 4th July was given a prescription and was advised to "collect" medication at Clicks or Dischem...got to clicks Discovery declined when I phoned them was advised that I'm only covered for in hospital treatment not take home medication that should be on my account,now sitting at home for 2days now after this major operation with no medication whatsoever,my incision and my feets are swollen can't even move from my bed and non-stop headache...My question is "why was I not advised that medication was not going to be covered I would have went to a public hospital than having to risk mylife like this, now I at risk of being admitted again and leave my 5days old baby at home. I've been with different medical schemes but i was never admitted and not given take home medication just because medical aid doesn't cover takehome medication.

EVER SINCE I JOINED THIS COMPANY FOR A CLAIM TO BE APPROVED ONE NEEDS TO SITS ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS FIGHTING WITH THEM WHAT **** IS THAT.

Honestly not happy with their ****ty service!!!!!!!
