Misrepresentation and no transparency

LACK OF TRANSPARENCY AND MISREPRESENTATION. Discovery sells you lies and then once you have signed up it is very difficult to get in touch with them and get your questions answered. They sell the idea of talking to them via whatsapp but it is just a bot that gives you automated answers that have nothing to do with your question. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to speak to an actual person who can give me answers about my plan. Oh and it is VERY hard to find clear information even on your own portfolio online. The information is hidden (I have spent hours digging through their site trying to figure out what they ACTUALLY cover (they lie to you when they are getting you to sign up). So finding the truth is really hard. The only reason they are as big as they are is because of their image and marketing. People think Discovery is great because of how they portray themselves as a "cool" company but they just misrepresent themselves. Beware of what you're getting into before signing up. Awful.
