Misleading the elderly

Good day. I have submitted my application to join in May 2015. I was asked for numerous documents which I have submitted. On 06/08/2015 I received an offer letter for R495.00 per month and was told to send back within 30 days or else it will be invalid. I however sent it back before 30days accepting the offer, confirmed with the consultants at discovery via emails which I have saved that the monthly premium is R495.00. A month later I receive an email that my application is too old n therefore I need to submit a new one. I submitted a new one and then on 29/09/2015 I received a new offer letter for R1146.00 which is so ridiculous. They now saying that the consultant made an error after me accepting the first offer. Its now 6 months and this application is not done due the consultants messing up applications and misleading the elderly.
