Misleading Policy

Discovery claims that they cover a Pap smear every 3 years as a free benefit. This is a big fat lie because they cover only part of a Pap smear every 3 years. Discovery sees a Pap smear as entailing two components. One is the collecting of a sample by the physician and the other is the finding of the pathologist. They the pay one part out as one Pap smear and charge the patient for what they indicate as a "second" not refundable Pap smear. They are misleading their clients.
