Misleading information

Although Discovery is one of the best medical aids on the market, they do also have very misleading information, we pay a high premium every month to have "better" benefits. So my son had to go to casualty unit at 2am because Discovery say under their extender benefit description "Children younger than 10 years have cover for two casualty visits when your annual Medical Savings Account is used up. Claims are paid at 100% of the Discovery Health Rate" BUT DID NOT SAY ITS ONLY NETWORK CASUALTY UNITS!!! I took him to the hospital where his paediatrician is because it sounded like he is starting with croup but now the appointment is not going to be paid because Zuid Afrikaans casualty unit is not on the network!!! Absolutely ridiculous.
