Misleading information

I am so upset with Discovery Health at this stage I cant even start explaining the frustration I am experiencing. I had to go for a MRI scan on the 09.02.2016 before I went in for the scan I phoned Discovery and asked for authorization on the MRI, I was advise that for the scan the first R2300 (what I heard) will come from my savings the rest will be paid by the hospital plan. Therefore I agreed and did the scan. Now on the 01.03.2016 almost R6000 was taken from my savings leaving me with an exhausted medical aid, now only I hear I had 2 scans done and for each scan almost R2800 was deducted from my saving. Per each scan they take a portion from your savings. I have asked if I had 2 scans done what will the cost be and the consultant stated for a scan the first R2300 (what I heard) will be taken the rest after will be paid she never once said per each scan, if I was advise accordingly I would have never done the scan, leaving me with 2 kids (9months & 3year old) without a medical aid for the rest of the year.
