Misleading Discovery Hospital Cover

I am pregnant already on my 3rd trimester, I had an emergancy where my water broke on the 2nd January 2025 and had to rush to hospital which I have been refered to by Discovery agent (PineHeaven hospital) only to discover that my medical plan is not authorized for hopital plan as I was requested to pay admission fee in case of admission overnight. My gynaecologists is practicing on that hospital which I have been doing my prgnancy check ups since 1st trimester. Hense I went to the hospital as advised by him for any emergancy. He was called and he assesed me and luckly it was a falls alarm for labour, as a result he did not keep me over night.

I then called discovery to find out what was the cause or reason for the hospital informing me that my plan does not cover, I was informed that the hospital is not under my cover plan. Tried to escalate the matter to the team leader but still no response as I was told the the case nees further investigation till today since 03 January 2025. My question when they were authorizing the payments to the gynecologist nothing was communicated to me or investigated.

I find it difficult what is the cause of all the back an forth and causing me unplanned labour which I do not know where I can go for delivery of my baby and meanwhile every month I am being debited without questions asked or investigations......Discovery is health is just B*****S****** coming to their service

I see myself paying medical aid and will give birth at home
