Misleading client when I changed cover

I do dialysis and changed from a Classic core to Keycare plus. I was told by an agent via the recordings that all Fresenuis units are covered by the keycard plan. I live in Gauteng and came down to Kzn and I'm staying in Hillcrest and the closest Fresenuis unit to Hillcrest is Pinetown dialysis which is a Fresenuis unit but when I phoned them they say it's not covered by keycare . I phoned the Discovery call center yesterday and spoke to a lady by the Name of Lerato and queried this and she said she will get back to me which she never did ,I also spoke to another agent a few hours later and he sent Lerato a message to call me back . No communication was received as to why I was told initially that all Fresenuis units are covered but why Pinetow n is not covered.
