Misleading and very dissapointing

<p>In the beginning of April I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Whilst in the trauma dep at umhlanga hospital, I viewed the discovery brochure which said that emergencies were covered, regardless of admission. Today However I sit with a bill stating that the services I received were not covered. And these are supposedly depts I must pay. What sort of misleading service is this? Very disappointed </p>
