Misleading
Two weeks ago ive got an call from a Mohammed insuring me that open surgery is approved on my medial aid he also called the surgeon too insure this last week when i want to get the pre-authorization for my surgery this week the 6 of may they inform me that they dont cover it and it wont approved my problem is this is misleading me sitting with pain paying my medical aid on time and one person say yes and the other say NO the agent of the pre-authorization was Doreen im still sitting with pain everyday but nothing can be done this is useless to have medical aid then Very upset

The procedure is a general exclusion on your plan type. You may contact your broker for advice on a plan type that covers the procedure. Plan changes are allowed once a year between October and December, effective for the following year.
