Miracles do still happen.

I manage 2 physiotherapy practices, and are quite busy during this time. Phoning medical aids are part of the game, and what you do not need is the call being cut off. On Thursday 30/07/2020 this happened while on the phone with the call center agent Linton. Well within 5 min he phoned back apologizing, even tho neither of us really knew what happened. My point being in my 5 years of running practices, no agent has ever phoned back when a call gets cut off. Miracles do still happen!! Thank you Linton Discovery call center agent!!!!
