Minimal payout an issue

<p>So after almost a year I have pathology accounts that still are not paid to discovery after my twins birth. They keep saying it was a duplicate. now i have debt collectors phoning me and demanding payment and discovery is still trying to understand that its not a duplicate but for 2 babies!!! i am tired of phoning them and waiting for feedback.</p>
