Miles - Lies

I have been a member of Discovery for over 10 years. I was recently duped into getting the Discovery Bank card to receive more Discovery Miles. Last year I received Discovery Miles each month with my spending at Woolworths and Dischem. This year has been a disaster, each time I log a call with Discovery Call Desk there is a different excuse and reason why they cannot pay Cashbacks into my Discovery Miles. It's absolutely disgraceful and I will have no choice but to have a look around at a new service provider should this not be resolved and the lies that are being told be addressed as urgent.
