The worst medical aid ever. You guys are ****mers. I have been waiting for my refund for the past two weeks. I keep getting told it has been processed and approved and I should receive it within 2 days, but nothing. You guys can't even provide me with a proof of payment yet you processed my funds. You cancelled my cover without even telling me it was cancelled.

I want my money NOW

I have been waiting since April 6 for this issue to be resolved and you keep giving me the run around. I am sure if I should escalate the matter to the ombudsman and ICASA, you people really consider other people.
