Menlyn maine discovery lady,not sympathetic at all,cold and inhumane

Hi Discovery,yhooo I have never been treated so cold today by one of your colleagues at Menlyn Maine branch,I didn't even get her name because her coldness and arrogance towards us was so inhumane.. we had an appointment with my family at 13h30 and because of the centre had some market going on and there are tents and stalls there,parking is very limited and as we tried getting parking we ended up going in the branch at 13h42 and she could not even try to understand that we got delayed because we were looking for parking, she just asked for our Surname and checked on the system and said you are VERY late,I tried to explain the parking situation to her but she just said you are VERY late,you need to reschedule. And as we were going out she shouted and said "you can go to any clicks"

I understand that we book appointments and they should be adhered to, but we were late by 12 minutes and it was beyond our control because of the festivities taking place at the center and the manner in which she engaged us was totally off,no empathy or whatsoever ever..

The courtesy of just being sympathetic due to the situation was not there at all,
