******** membership withdrawal
The worst medical aid ever. they withdrew my membership with no explanation. i have been paying my premiums monthly with no fail. sometimes they even tried to debit twice. we had to give proof of payment showing that they have indeed debited already. they are a ****, think twice before you join them.
