Membership terminated and I cannot pay????

My son was admitted to ICU and is currently in ICU. His membership was terminated due to non payment. I phoned Discovery only to be told that I must work thru the broker. They give me the brokers phone number. It belongs to a FUNERAL PARLOUR and the broker is not known to them. I am desperate to pay reinstate and pay the outstanding contributions but no one can help me!!! ***
