Membership issues
I joined the medical aid through my employer in December, it was supposed to be active on 1st January but when I check online under my portfolio there is nothing there. I also received a membership certificate with the wrong ID number, communicated this to Discovery and they promised that this will be rectified but to date I have not received the updated certificate.
