Membership - Gouws *** Pathetic service

My mother-in-law approached Discovery Health about a change to be made to the membership. Main member /ad been retrenched and she enquired about how to continue. Can she keep membership as is with the main member \suspended temporarily\" and she keeps paying the monthly premium? Considerations which should have already been taken into account by SOMEONE actually doing their jobs...My mother-in-law is 70 years old this year. She has a cell phone. NO email address....After useless phone calls, an email was sent to this effect on 27/11/2015 by a friend explaining the situation and asking the call centre to contact the member on her cell. Emails /phone calls back and forth until 29/02/2016 where forms: \"Applying to become a member of Discovery Health Medical Scheme in 2016\" were emailed. I enquired on 24/03/2016, about progress- Procedure rules, NO actual reading or investigating could possibly be utilised - 31/03/2016 Email address - \"If this is your new email address, please update your details on our website [URL Removed] or contact us on ***\" -01/04/2016 I succinctly respond. -05/04/2016 \" No consent for 3rd party\" received. No info was asked for - merely HELP please"
