Membership Fees Excessive and Membership Card Deliveries

Discovery provided a quote for 3 members including the main member viz. Wife, Husband and a new born and the quote came to +/-R5500, for the 3 members. But now we were debited an amount of R6700 for this month which is way too excessive and I called to query this and yet I spent 15 mins on the line waiting and no luck?

Further, upon adding the dependants on the medical aid we are still waiting for new medical aid cards to be issued and sent and 3 months later we havent received them?
