Membership Card still not delivered

I joined discovery in December 2015 and membership certificate was sent on the 11th January 2016 and to this day i still have not received my medical aid card. <br> <br> I called their their contact center and spoke to Charldene Koen on the 2nd March 2016, she assured me that i will receive my card in 2 weeks. This did not happen

Thank you for your comments and for taking my call to assist with your query.

Thank you for providing me with your details, I have arranged for your cards to be delivered to the address confirmed. You will receive you cards within the next 2-3 working days.
As discussed, I have also sent your details to our Vitality department to contact you regarding your cancellation request.

I trust you find this in order.
