Member deceased over a year ago but no end to mail

My father was a member of Discovery Health, and passed away on 12 July 2014.<br> We are still receiving letters from Mr L Strydom of the Member Debt Administration / BIlling Services Department claiming that my father owes Discovery R838.00 and asking for the details of the Executor.<br> The Executor has contacted Discovery and confirmed the following: <br> This is a Section 18(3) Estate with assets listed at R500. <br> The member was an indigent Government Pensioner at the time of his death.<br> The amount of your *** - is not recoverable. <br> Kindly desist from trying to recover the amount from the family.<br> <br> We would appreciate it if Discovery could please stop sending us these letters as we feel harrassed. <br> <br> Thank you.
