Member deceased - 18(3) Estate with no Executor

My father was a member of Discovery, and passed away on 12 July 2014.<br> We are still receiving letters from Mr L Strydom of BIlling Services Dept claiming that my father owes Discovery R838.00 and asking for the details of the Executor. We have contacted them and advised them:<br> This is a Section 18(3) Estate with assets listed at R500. <br> There is NO Executor, only a Letter of Authority from the Master's Office.<br> No stop to letters from BIlling! <br> I reported this on Hello Peter in October and was contacted by Charlotte Samuels who requested details of the Executor, as well as certain supporting documentation for the deceased estate. We responded with the explanation that the documentation she requested cannot be supp**** as this was a Section 18(3) estate. The Master does not appoint an executor and issues Letters of Authority only. In other words, there is NO Executor. We can't supply details that do not exist.<br> Still receiving letters, so this issue has not been resolved.
