Member Debt Administration Department

I have been getting e-mails to make payment because I changed from corporate to personal - I have tried several times to contact your department but no one answers my calls. Yesterday I received an e-mail to advise I am going to be handed over if not paid within 20 days. I have been trying to phone Discovery to make a payment plan. Phone me if you want your money then but I can't keep on holding on for 9 minutes or more every day.
