<p>I was at Greenacres hospital from 2th til 4th August. I have a coastal core plan AND a medical GapCover. Now you Discovery are "hitting me" with an amount of R 8.849.46 ????? The full claim is R 11.597.86. You are hiding behind the fact that I need MSA to be in hospital..... WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON UP THERE ??? You Discovery are making all sort of nonsense as you have from my first day of at admission in hospital. Do you think I am there for fun ??? Do you think that Greenacres is a hotel maybe ????? You have been difficult since day one since I rejoined my husband under this membership, where I have been since 2014 I may add. Get your act togheter Disovery or I WILL go to Ombudsman Medical and take a step further. This kind of behaviour for people that always pay their claim on time is NOT ON !!!!! I advise you strongly to pay Greenacres claim soonest in full !!!</p>

Sadly I disagree !!!! I have spoken with a gentlemen that has PROMISED me to send me an email. This was not done !! You always tell me that any phone calls are recorded, from Discovery side but where is my "proof" ???? I also do need appreciate that every time I receive phone calls from different people. From now on I STRONGLY advice to contact my medical broker, OptiVest, in matters like current situation and future ones. Am really not impressed with this so called "service"
