melcor medical aid scheme administered by discovery

<p>I am a member of Melcor medical aid scheme administered by discovery. My gp gave me codes to send to the medical aid for autheration to remove as he called it facial cyst. When i called the medical aid they said that all 4 codes will be paid in full but it needs to be done by a surgeon. My gp sent me to a specialist maxillo -facial am oral sergeon he then advised i need to see a general surgeon. I went to see dr Molendorff. He gave me codes for surgery, dr said i must go to reception to book surgery for Monday 10/10/2016 @ 14:00. Maggie at reception helped me to do the whole thing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Phoning the medical aid they declined the request. Went back to the dr he arvised that we must try and use the codes my hp gave me. Medical aid only approved 2 codes. </p> <p> </p> <p>These cyst are painfull. Why do i have medical aid when they do not want to help when help is requested.</p> <p> </p> <p>Attached is one of the cyst that has been removed by my gp</p>
