MedXpress via Discovery Health - Blatant false advertising of service time lines

MedXpress timeliness are clear false adelvertising. They claim to have your script processed in 2hrs and meds ready for collection a within 2-3hrs after that. Logged a script at 11am. Still waiting for it to be processed. Discovery chat agents are useless as they offer no help other than logging a ticket with a 24hr turnaround time (probably a week given their 2hr promise). Left without meds over a weekend. Thanks discovery and MedXpress for taking the express out of the service making false claims leaving the public without meds. Should have just gone to the pharmacy directly... Absolutely a dreadful experience. Stay away from MedXpress via Discovery.
