MedXPress - still useless!
Further to my complaint of 29th May 2015 regarding MedXPress, I would like to report that despite a very professional sounding lady (I think Sandy) calling me to try and assist, I am no further today than I was last week. No doubt this is indicative of exactly how pathetic this MedXPress service is. \Sandy"phoned me last Friday to say that she has loaded my script on the system"
