MedXpress should be called MedXMess

This is about MedXPress. I uploaded a script onto the site. I phoned them to discuss it. They did not have it loaded and were working off a January script (which had been superceded by the new May script). They seemed not to be able to load the May script, or it wasn't being reflected on their side. I phoned them and asked them about it. The person who wrote notes on the call said I refused to email it them. This was a blatant lie as I did not refuse. I did not even know you could email it to them since this wasn't mentioned to me! I phoned again and then emailed it to them. They said it would upload in three hours and they would send me an SMS to let me know. They did this. The SMS said I must phone them for the first order. Simultaneously an SMS arrived from them saying MY ORDER IS READY FOR COLLECTION!!! Which means they sent the old script, posted in January, not the one they told me to upload. Every time I deal with them it is worse than the time before! And then one has to phone them and sit on the phone for 30 minutes, first trying to get through, then trying to explain to them how they have messed up.
