Medxpress - a disaster

Still not able to use Medxpress to place my order. This is not the 1st time! If a medication is out of stock you are not able to contact them. I phoned yesterday, my request was forwarded. I am still unable to order. The item is available in the pharmacies, but Medxpress does not update their system. Medxpress is according to them fully digital and you must be able to get everything online. This is not true! I got a phonecall, but the person on the other side clearly had a problems hearing me. Clear on my side of the line. I do not know if this was from Medxpress
