Medicine no longer been pain for!

I went to my pharmacy to collect my monthly medication and was told of I have a copayment of R800. This is not normal! Upon investigation it was discovered that you are no longer paying for my Lantus which is not acceptable. You have paid for it in full since I have been on it. If your policies have changed this was not communicated to me and you have failed to provide me with alliterative options. Please respond to me as soon as possible. I am sure the council of medical aid schemes would like to hear about this.
