DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID. - MR ACH HAY IS THE MAIN MEMBER My mother Hilary Hay had major surgery many years ago and through major pain 5 years ago Dr Otto and Lisbi Vos prescribed syboxin for her so that she could eat. The medical aid used of my dads savings to pay for the medication and because it's so expensive his savings did not last very long so in 2017 and 2018 Dr Schusch did a motivation letter asking for xgarcia which they granted for the two years now he had to re motivate and we still haven't heard from them they have however blocked my dads savings for no reason. They don't want to pay for the tablets. My dad took leave to go and see them and still nothing. On Thursday they put in a query on the computer to look into the matter. My dad called Friday and was told by a Mr Fir they don't work on Friday what a joke. These tablets are what's keeping my mother alive otherwise she can't eat and will die. The board that sits for the x Gracia who are they to say it's not life threatening when my mom's surgeon Dr Potgieter says it is the Gp says it is and the Dr who motivated the Letter say it is so. Yet they are prepared to put my mom on morphine and make her a zombie Discovery medical aid but I am not sure it's a panel of people that ok the x grasia. PLEASE HELP.
